Prepare the room
Clean, dry, level subfloor with skirtings removed. Measure up, allow 5–10% for cutting and acclimatise the packs for 48 hours.

The locking method
Angle the long side in at 20–30°, then drop the short side down. Tap from the T-joint with a tapping block to fully engage.

Plan the pattern
Run rows along the longest wall or towards the light, and stagger the joints by at least 30cm.

Lay the first rows
Angle panel two into panel one at 20–30°, drop panel three down and tap the short joints closed.

Cut to size
Measure edge pieces allowing for expansion gaps. Score with a sharp knife, design side up, and snap.

Finish the room
Fit under door frames and around pipes, remove the spacers and cover the expansion gap with skirting.
